Mrs. Grace N. Ekol is an accomplished business leader and development strategist with a strong foundation in Business Administration. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and has built a career distinguished by enterprise growth, leadership, and community impact.
She is the Chief Executive Officer of Grace N Beauty Ventures Academy, Abakpa, Ogoja, Cross River State, where she oversees the development of innovative programs in beauty, skills training, and entrepreneurship. Under her leadership, the academy has become a hub for empowering individuals, particularly women and youth, to pursue self-reliance and sustainable livelihoods.
Beyond her entrepreneurial achievements, Mrs. Ekol serves as the Executive Director of Transforming Young Minds Through Development Unity, Agriculture and Research (Tymduar). In this capacity, she provides strategic direction, manages stakeholder engagement, and contributes to the organization’s mission of fostering sustainable agriculture, education, and community empowerment across Nigeria.
