  • Soil: Loamy, slightly undulating
  • Strength: High cocoa density and early banana cashflow
  • Operational Use: Cocoa maturation and shade management
  • FIRM B – 8 HECTARES (COCOA–PLANTAIN AGRO-ESTATE)–Focus: High-yield Cocoa with Light Intercrop Plantains

  • Plantain Stands: 3,000–3,500
