Tymduar Global Ltd Concludes 3-Day Sensitization Programme in Edor, Ikom LGA

Tymduar Global Ltd has brought its three-day sensitization programme in Edor, Ikom Local Government Area, to a successful close. The event drew a wide range of participants from neighbouring communities and highlighted the organisation’s steady work in agricultural education, youth engagement, and rural empowerment.

A central moment of the closing ceremony came when the Vice Chairman of Ogoja Local Government, Hon. Emmanuel Idi Yakubu, presented the main empowerment items to the overall winner. His presence underlined the programme’s focus on strengthening community participation and building public support for grassroots development.

Several other key items were shared with lucky winners who distinguished themselves in various activities during the programme. These items were chosen to support their farming work and small ventures, adding to Tymduar’s goal of improving access to tools and opportunities.

The ceremony also featured the formal presentation of motorcycles to two farm managers of Tymduar Global Ltd. The Vice Chairman of Ogoja LGA personally handed over the motorcycles in recognition of their steady service and commitment to field operations. The gesture is expected to improve their mobility and daily efficiency across project sites.

The three-day programme reinforced Tymduar’s long-standing commitment to capacity building, agricultural growth, and youth empowerment across Cross River State. It also reflected the organisation’s belief in practical support and community-driven progress as essential pathways for sustainable development.
